Just use System File Checker (Start, Run, SFC.EXE) and tell it to extract a
single file; extract the files LOGOW.SYS and LOGOS.SYS and you should be all
set.

Ok, my son downloaded some annoying software that overwrote the normal
startup
and shutdown screens.
I have backuped version of windows...if someone can just tell me the file(s)
that
contain the original images I would be able to restore them....
